Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for US-based stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Agile Leadership: Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. Remove blockers and shield the team from scope creep.

Resource Allocation: Manage team capacity and budget, ensuring optimal distribution of tasks across development and design teams.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or technical debt and develop contingency plans.

Quality Control: Conduct final reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet the defined "Definition of Done" and align with client expectations.
